THE VENUE

 

Located right outside of downtown Minneapolis, the stunning art deco interior of The Metropolitan was expertly designed and crafted from the ground up for the sole purpose of hosting memorable celebrations. From rich wood floors adorned with oriental rugs to hand-painted tapestries, art deco chandeliers, and a baby grand piano, the facility truly feels as though you are stepping into the 1920's.  With immaculate decor, a central location and ample free parking, the Metropolitan is an exquisite choice to party like Jay Gatsby. Simply put, we could not imagine a more perfect venue in which to present our roaring twenties party!

 

HEATED GUEST ENTRY

VIP and Bottle Service (7pm doors) and General Admission (8pm doors) will both enter through the lobby inside the main doors. VIP guests will enjoy expedited entry through our exclusive VIP Line.

PARKING

There is ample free on-site parking available.

COAT CHECK

​

Coat check will be complimentary for VIP guests and available for $5 cash (two for $8) to GA guests.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

​

Dress to Impress! Wonderland-inspired masquerade looks are encouraged but not required. Think enchanted glamour with clever accessories—lace masks, gold keys, playing-card details, and pocket watches. Ladies: make a statement in sequins, satin, or velvet with a chic mask. No time? Add a mask to your favorite LBD and you’re in. Guys: go tailored—if so inspired, add a pocket square or card-suit lapel pin; a pocket watch is a perfect White Rabbit nod. Keep it elegant, playful, and dance-ready.

IS THERE FOOD AVAILABLE?

 

Due to popular demand, we've created late-night pizza options for purchase. For liability reasons, outside food will not be permitted. ​

WHAT DRINKS ARE AVAILABLE?

 

The venue offers a full bar - plus some fun signature cocktails!  We also offer NA options. Cash or Card accepted.

IDENTIFICATION

​

Acceptable forms of ID include: Passport and State issued ID. This is a 21+ event.
